The Agilent Infiniium 90000 X-Series scopemeter family with 32 GHz true real-time analog bandwidth utilizes advanced technology offers lowest jitter measurement in the industry and lowest noise to ensure highest measurement accuracy. 10 models in the Infiniium 9000 scopemeter series consist of 10 new oscilloscope models that ranges from 16 GHz up to 32 GHz as well as bandwidth upgradable.

The Agilent 90000 X-Series oscilloscope provides more than 40 measurements-specific apps which including triggering, analysis tools, jitter, measurement and also compliance certification test suites. Agilent Technologies has invested in InP (proprietary indium phosphide) integrated circuit process to allows capability at high-frequency while yielding the lowest jitter measurement and noise floor in the industry.
