Beaverton, Oregon, May 11, 2010 - Tektronix Scopemeter MSO70000 Mixed Signal Oscilloscope have won the prestigious EDN Innovation Award in oscilloscopes, digitizers and data acquisition category by editors and readers of EDN Magazine.
